Summer Sweat Series - Monday Mornings

Tiffanee Rice from MOVExercise by daretone LLC will lead this FREE PiYo class Monday mornings for 8 weeks. The "Pi" is for Pilates, and the "Yo" is for Yoga. The class is designed to give you a full body workout. The class is scheduled to be outdoors, at the former Elder Beerman entrance on the backside of the mall beside Dunham's.

Registration is Required:

In the event of rain, the class will take place inside the former Dress Barn space. 

Participants must be 18 or older. Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and sweat towel. Class size is limited and we will be adhering to social distancing standards. Registration is required. You will need a new ticket for each week's class.
